An explanation of the Book of Isaiah

Dear Heavenly Father. I come before you Lord, to pray for the truth in regards to the understanding of the book of Isaiah. And in particular Lord, what Your true intent is within the context of each and every chapter, because Lord, I know that when You originally gave these words to Isaiah, that there were no such thing as chapter breaks and verses. It was just one narrative expressed by You through your servant Isaiah. And I have been amazed many times to see clearly that it is not Isaiah speaking, but it is You speaking through Isaiah. And many times the scripture actually expresses the context with pronouns such as I and and Me pertaining to Yourself, not to Isaiah, so that I clearly see then that it’s not him talking but it’s You talking, and that the narrative should not be busted up and cherry picked, and read in the form of a scripture here and a scripture there, according to any given ministers usage of it to actually advance his own preconceived narrative created for a sermon. Instead, it should be read as much as possible in an uninterrupted, undisturbed expression, so that we get Your narrative, and not some preacher’s narrative, for some message that might be related, but isn’t really what the context is actually about. I have found that many people (including myself) have not been able to understand the true Bible narratives, simply because men have interrupted the flow with chapter breaks and verses, which have helped facilitate this. Thus we never receive Your whole mindset on anything in one long expression. And so, I’m going to ask You to inspire me, and guide me, so that I can now make a commentary on the book of Isaiah. And because men have turned it into chapters and verses, I will deal with it like that, but I will try to say continuously what I believe is the intent and the motive of each one of those chapters, so that we don’t lose the true context. People have been confused, and said to me that they don’t understand the book of Isaiah. Maybe in the end they will have a little bit better understanding of what the book of Isaiah is really all about. So Lord, I pray with all my heart and soul that You will inspire me; that You will bless me, and that I can do something good. In Jesus name I pray, amen amen and amen.
